Don’t waste your money

Owned my machine for 7 months, using it less than 15 times. I haven’t used it in a couple of months. Went to make an espresso today, and the machine is dead. No power. Looking into the warranty right now. Unbelievable!

Compact machine with all of the vertuo brewing features that I need

This is exactly what I was expecting from a Nespreso machine. It is easy to use and versatile. I like that it can be a full range of pod beverage sizes. It takes standard power and has been reliable for me for over a year. This machine is more compact than my first original vertuo machine. The only thing I would improve upon is that I think the bright color options look a little juvenile and cheap. I wish this were just black or chrome but otherwise I’m very happy. The drinks aren’t blazing hot but they are fast and tasty.

The Vertuo pop pluse has simple controls and excellent performance. It heats up with great speed maktes rich coffee consistently and its compact size fits perfectly on my counter. It feels sturdy and has good durability for everyday use.

Machines Do Not Last

I am on my third Nespresso machine, the latest being a Pop. Just tossed that one in the trash this morning, after it stopped working and made a huge mess on my counter by leaking coffee all over. These machines do not last. I love the coffee but these machines are not durable. I clean it regularly, despite the cleaning cycle being complicated to engage. I get that with a small compact machine, there is no room for a "cleaning cycle" button. However, the instructions require watching the video each and every time. It's a ridiculous sequence of turning the handle and pressing the button in multiple presses. I am thinking of going back to a manually operated espresso machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
