Such a fun bridge between a real analogue film and user-friendly film-feel camera! Really responsive to light, so mostly prefer the standard and black and white filters. Highly recommend adding a strap (it has one loop). Sometimes it turns on in my purse but it doesn’t affect battery or take pictures! Looking forward to using it more!

Captures instant memories

The CS8 works great for giving your videos that vintage look that feels like instant memories. If you are going for a specific look and vibe for some of your family videos, it’s a great way to capture them. The quality isn’t perfect and that’s the point. You’re forced to stay present rather than shooting and reviewing. The film filters do a better job SOOC than it would take me to get in post. I love the vintage 2 filter. Everything looks like a sun-kissed memory through it.

We LOVE our Camp Snap 2! Actually gave to our toddler for Easter and it is so fun seeing the photos he captures. He loves using it and it has made for so many special memories for our family so far.
