This is a really neat idea, but I don't think it is quite there yet - it is too expensive for what it is, as it is not very durable or water proof. To make it waterproof, I bought the waterproof case, which unfortunately did not line up properly so would not take pictures. My plan is to return it and wait for a more durable version that hopefully is a better price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ich habe die Camp Snap 2 seit einigen Wochen. Habe auch andere Bildschirmfreie Kameras probiert.Was ich besonders an der Camp Snap 2 mag, ist die handliche Größe und die schnelle Einsatzbereitschaft. Ich habe eine Tasche in der ich die Kamera schnell ziehen kann, da die CS 2 innerhalb kurzer Zeit in Standby geht und durch Druck auf Auslöser aktiviert/auslöst kann ich blitzschnell Fotos machen . Ideal für Schnappschüsse. Ich habe bereits einige Aufnahmereihen gemacht um die Filter zu testen. Der Analogfilter ist mir persönlich zu rotlastig, S und V1 sind derzeit meine Favoriten. Schön das ich meine persönlichen Varianten erstellen kann und es auch im Netz bereits erstellte Filter gibt. Ich bin vollends zufrieden, habe mir auch die wasserdichte Hülle gegönnt, auch wenn es die ganze so Trocken war das ich sie noch nicht genutzt habe, schön sie zu haben.

As soon as I heard about this camera it was exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t wait for it to come in. I love the size and how easy it is to throw in your bag. I have a 4 year old that uses it too and seeing the photos she takes is so precious. I love the screen free and simple features. Amazing

the screw was ridiculously difficult to unscrew. i was wondering why it was so tight when i just bought it. i need to open to adjust the date and the volume of the shutter. now, the screw was all stripped. unless this was a returned item, it is just so impossible for a new camera to have very tight screws

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it outside several times. The camera is so lightweight and easy to use. I love and hate not having a screen, but overall it is such a treat to plug the camera into my laptop and look through the shots! Moving photos to my laptop/Google is a breeze, no special equipment or apps required.

I bought my Campsnap at the beginning of July and quickly fell in love with it. However..
PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy yourself a new micro-SD card. I would rate higher if I wasn't so greatly inconvenienced during my vacation, where suddenly, the Campsnap started showing "Err" on the small screen. After troubleshooting (I work in IT), I found out that they ship the cameras with very low quality SD cards (4GB, not branded).
I had to pay EXTRA money for software to get my original 200-something photos recovered (the entire SD was corrupted, & neither Windows or MAC could read it.) PLUS more money for a new SD.
I also have another issue with it where just gently pressing the slider, and I mean barely touching it, causes the camera to make the shutter sound and flash me the battery percentage. It stays off, but definitely a weird glitch where it's super sensitive.
You certainly get what you paid for. I wish it wasn't so buggy, but after replacing the SD card it was fine. I would have rated higher if it wasn't for all the issues, because it really is super fun and the filters are decent.
