This started giving me an ERR message within the first week I received it. I was loving it those first few days but in the middle of an event the camera stopped working which was a huge bummer. I looked up and tried suggestions online but it is still saying ERR and randomly making noises even while off. Contacted support but have not heard back about getting a refund. Do NOT recommend being your only camera if the pictures are important.
