I have had my Pencil Washer for several weeks now and love the job it does on my floors. There is a slight learning curve to apply just the right amount of wetness. I used to use a Swifter but that was tiring work and it left a lot of streaks. The Pencil Washer acts like it’s self propelled making it effortless and it leaves no streaks. I’m very pleased with the product.

I think the idea of it is great but didn’t receive a tool to clean the crevices the bottom scrapes against floor so the plastic is all scratched up which is probably leaving microplastics on my floor. Dyson didn’t put the fuzzy at bottom like the vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve only used the Pencil Wash a couple of times but I love that it is light weight and self propelled. It did a great job. I bought it for our summer place as the camp is small with not much room for storage. This machine will be perfect.
