Excellent cleaning and operation. Definitely for smaller spaces on one little tank (<2000 sq ft). Moved well and mops well too while picking up small debris/dirt and cat hair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a few weeks ago- it’s a delightful addition! Works great on very flat surfaces (we have concrete in our kitchen) and decently well on wood flooring. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and even without any additional soap/detergent in the water the dirt that comes up is impressive. I think it’s a worthwhile purchase!

Bought this last month and very happy with the performance. The “self propelled “ aspect is a great component of the Pencil Wash cleaning process. Impressive sweep up option/feature within the capabilities of the system. Glad we bought it and another example of Dyson innovation with home products.

Well engineered and easy to set-up, the pencil wash gets my floors clean. It glides effortlessly while scrubbing the floors and the reservoir allows me to see the dirt and grime my pencil wash picked up. My floors look and feel clean when I'm finished.

This is a great tool for our hardwoods and tile floors. Easy to use. Self propelled feature is super. Easy to assemble and didn’t take long to charge. Help desk said I can’t use vineager but the probiotics additive work as a dirt breaker.

My husband bought this for me because I am 70 years old and live in a house with wooden floors. I am so excited about it. It is so very easy to use. I clean my floors without hardly breaking a sweat! Wow! I just wish that they would have come up with this sooner!!!!
