Broken after a few years

Received this as a Christmas gift a 2-3 of years ago and it repeatedly turns off when I try to use the heat function. It only works when it is on the cold setting now. Followed the basic care instructions for any hairstyling tool and did my best to not fold the cord too much but pretty frustrating overall.

Gives insane volume and curls that actually last—1

I absolutely love the Shark FlexStyle and definitely think it’s worth it. It gives incredible volume and creates soft, bouncy curls that actually last all day, which is rare for my hair. I was really impressed with how smooth and polished my hair looked after styling, without feeling dry or damaged. I love how versatile it is—being able to switch attachments makes it easy to create different looks with one tool. It is a little loud, but honestly not bad at all and totally expected for how powerful it is. Overall, the performance, ease of use, and long-lasting results make this a great investment and a staple in my hair routine.

Great directions, works well just heavy & loud

I purchased this prior to buying the Dyson and wanted to love it. It was easy to use, great directions, and worked well. However, it was heavy and loud. It was harder to use due to the heavier weight and louder therefore I returned it and purchased the Dyson.

Easy to use and great results!

I’ve had this tool for a few years now and I’m still as in love with it as I was when I first got it! All the different functions allow for different styles - depending on what you’re going for. I always end up with a simple blow out that lasts for days!

Wavy hair must have

Being able to take my thick wavy hair to controlled sleek and voluminous in about 20 minutes! I also love being able to do a quick refresh on curls or my bangs on natural days with the curl attachment! The temp adjustments and cool setting prevent a ton of damage… always a plus!

LOUD. Okay.

as a hair dryer its great. as a straightener, its great, leaves the hair so smooth. as a flex styler and curler... not good. its also SO LOUD. SO LOUD. I feel like I need earplugs to use it.

Great tool, just loud

This hair tool is very useful. My only complaint is that the noise is a little too loud. I have to wear ear plugs when I use it. Aside from that, its great. It does everything it was designed to.

Best hair dryer and styling system

Hands down the best hair tool I have invested in! It dries my thick long hair so fast and cuts the time in half. I use the diffuser, brush, and curl attachments. The curls last 2-3 days on me. I use mousse before I curl my hair and helps so much. It’s super easy to get used to. The round brush works perfect on my face framing pieces as well. I’ve had this for 2 years now and have had zero issues.
