Want to love it, need practice

I'm honestly a little torn with this. I wanted to love it but it just didn't work for me. I don't have crazy thick hair, but this just does not grab my hair to create curls. I'll keep trying because this would be amazing if it worked. I could replace all my other hair tools

Amazing all-in-one hair tool!

I've never been great at curling my hair, but the Shark Flexstyle makes it so easy to create long-lasting bouncy curls without damaging your hair! With use, I've learned how to create curls that last well into the next day. The Flexstyle also dries hair as it curls and does so in record time. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who uses heat tools frequently!

Terrible. Waste of money.

I bought this item on 11/1/22 and finally getting around to review. I am giving the product one star because it consistently stops working when I am using it. Sometimes it happens immediately. Sometimes it is halfway through doing my hair. I have tried drying my hair to about 80-90% with regular hairdryer and then using the Flexstyler to finish but it will still shut down on me. I wish I would have just paid the extra money for the Dyson product. So disappointed in this product.

Great device but didn't work out for me

The overall concept, sleek look/feel, and functionality of the product is great. The only con for me is that the unit itself was loud for me while I was using it. When I initiated for a refund, their customer service was so quick and prompt to help me with the issue and even offering me other solutions if I wished to keep the product. Its unfortunate that the FlexStyle didn't work out for me, but I definitely appreciate Shark's customer service, it shows how reliable the brand is.

I bought this instead of Dyson because it was more affordable. So far I do love it. I use the blow dryer all the time and then style it with the brush. I’m still trying to curl my hair with it. It’s a little tricky tho

I just got this for Christmas and it is amazing. My curls hold really well even when using the lowest heat. I have very thick, wavy hair and this completely dried it in 10 minutes.

I got this as a gift for Christmas, I'm so happy, it saves me a lot of time, the quality is great, it dries my hair in 5 minutes, it also doesn't take a lot of nerves and time to style it, it doesn't hurt, I'm very happy with this product
