Questionable longevity

I have owned this product for two years but have used it fewer than 15 times. Despite this minimal use, the unit failed to power on when I attempted to use it a few days ago. While I appreciate the discount offered during my call, I am disappointed that the product failed so quickly outside of the one-year warranty period.
I genuinely enjoyed this product, but I am hesitant to purchase a replacement given the lack of longevity with my current machine.

A very good idea and it is good for ice, but any kind of alcoholic slushie is a guessing game on whether it will slush up or not even when following the recipes. Often times, having to add additional water, etc. making the process tedious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wow such a cool drink maker! This has been great for parties or just a Saturday night movie watch, and makes me feel like a bartender haha. Easy to use and works fast! Love that I don't have to put ice in. Every drink has come out perfect. It's also easy to clean and still perfect condition.

Talk about a game changer—the Ninja SLUSHi completely changed the way I make drinks at home. No more late-night runs to gas stations or convenience stores. It’s fast, easy, and honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made.
But let’s be real—there’s a serious flaw that Ninja completely ignored.
This could’ve been a 5-star product—but the Clear Vessel design completely ruins it.
Liquid and residue get trapped in areas you cannot reach or properly clean. Even after washing, buildup stays hidden in the seams. That’s a serious health risk—mold and bacteria can grow where you can't reach.

Huge let down

Not sure if I have a faulty machine or what but my machine won’t dispense any kind of slush. I’ve tried multiple liquid types all sugar levels all tips in the booklet. Nothing will dispense no matter how low you turn the chill setting. Debated 2 years on buying this and wanted it so bad but now it’s just an expensive piece for the dumpster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
