This is my best Ninja/Shark purchase and I should know - I have about 10. So easy to use and to clean. Love it!

Need to fix the popping sound when it freezes up.

I love the product but it freezes up on the lowest setting. I have to cut it off for a minute and then cut it back on the fix it otherwise it makes a loud popping sound where the shaver is going over the stuck ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
