Very easy to use. I love the concept behind the features and the design of this appliance. I take it to work with me weekly to provide a treat to my fellow coworkers, and it is something we all look forward to each time. You can make treats such as a classic slushie, a frappe, a milkshake, and many other choices to list. I would recommend this to anyone looking to add some excitement to their kitchen.

As a devotee of Ninja products, I think you missed the boat on this one. I don't own one, nor have I ever used one. And I am not in the market for one. Where you erred is by promoting this as a Slushie Machine. Had you labeled it a Frozen Margarita Maker that also makes Slushies, they might be flying off the shelves - especially among my friends.

Pool Party Favorite !!!

I bought this machine for my wife to take camping and for around the house. It didn't disappoint, we took it to Alex Bay, NY for the 4th weekend. I made several drinks with this, from Wine Slushies, Daiquiri's, and several drinks we made up as we went along. All in all we probably ran like 10-15 different bottles of wine and liquor drinks through this in 3 days. We ran the machine all day, we never had a single issue. Cleaned after each use and ran like a champ. We made several friends at the pool area while supplying them with all the drinks we could come up with. They loved them, and they are now looking to purchase one of their own..(maybe I need a recommendation fee for getting them to buy one..LOL) I am actually looking to get another one just to keep more drinks going at once. I would definitely recommend this product....

Not as exciting as all the hoopla. Not recommended. The barrel constantly freezes and the product doesn't work. I called Ninja for help and she said to let it thaw and try it again. This thing cost too much money for these issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ninja Slushi- Very disappointed

Buyers Beware. Would give it a zero star if possible. I was able to use this machine 4 times to make a milkshake using the recipe in the supplied booklet to have mold growing in a Crack that can't be cleaned out. A design flaw that the manufacturer has corrected in the newer model. I have tried all of the manufacturer recommendations..... let it sit in vinegar, put in top dishwashing rack, and a water pick. Just bought the waterpick for this issue. After 3 weeks of complaining I was told to buy a new machine. The machine is still under warranty but was told it wouldn't be covered because of wear and tear. Lol. 4 times using it. I will never buy another product from this company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I finally gave in and bought the Ninja Slushi to add to all my ninja products, and once again I am not disappointed i have used it at least 5 times a week with different recipes and they all came out perfect. My daughter’s friends all bought one because they tried ours.

One of our families favorite Ninja products to date. I have worn out 2 blenders already. My next purchase will be the coffee station. But The wife and I have made so many frozen delights in this beauty in our first week of owning it. We made 5 different items the first day alone and loved them all. She is not a coffee person but had a frappe with that day. Now when we buy a soda at the store it waits to arrive home to go in the slushi for later.
