Worked well. Made margaritas for my wife and she loved them. Clean up was a breeze. Can't wait to make slushies for the grandkids next time they visit.

Defect not Corrected

We love this machine but we cannot use it anymore. There is a lip on the end of the vessel that holds the slushy ingredients that cannot be cleaned. I soak it every time I use it in warm to hot water with dawn overnight and does not clean. Do not have dish washer or water pick to clean it. I have four other NINJA PRODUCTS and use all the time and I am very happy with. Ninja will not replace vessel and it is still under warranty. I feel this is a defect causing bacteria and mold to get into the slushy. If it gets into the rim when using it can also get out when using.

Great Birthday Gift!

We bought this as a birthday gift and it was a huge hit. Making slushes and milkshakes for the kids is simple. My favorite part is the "Rinse" cycle, and the easy clean-up. We couldn't be happier!

It is a really great product. I would definitely recommend buying it. The people who gave it a bad review as far as cleaning must be very nasty people. And the ones who gave it a bad review for not working properly is because they did not read directions. It almost had me to consider not buying by reading some of the reviews but I took a chance anyway and I could not be happier!

This is great...ish. Major design flaw with health concerns. On the back side of the vessel, there is crevice that liquids can get in and not rinse out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for parties!

Bought for my granddaughters birthday party. Machine was a huge hit with the kids!! Also with the adults later for margaritas!! I love that there’s no chunks of ice, just perfectly smooth sushi drinks!!
