The NINJA slushi was a device I didn't know I needed until I got one. I was told about them and thought, "I can make what I want with a blender!" But there is no comparison in the quality of the drinks made with the SLUSHI compared to the blender. I've made Frappe, frosen juice, frozen blush wine (it can turn a cheap bag o wine into something drinkable) to margaritas and whiskey sours. The machine is quite and typically takes only 15 to 20 minutes to slush. Easy to use and clean. I typically rinse 2-3 times then wash with soapy water. Did I mention how quiet it is? Great for get togethers or making treats for kids. There are ton's of recipes for the SLUSHI online.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for movie nights with the kids! The SLUSHi is easy to operate and clean. It does help putting your drinks in the fridge prior to using thr machine to help with process. Only downside is that it makes 64oz.

Unreachable places to clean and now growing mold

I wanted to absolutely fall in love with this product, as I do love all things Ninja, BUT....... they fell short. I do love the idea and it does what it says and makes slushes, frappés even frozen margaritas, but where they lost 2 stars for me is the canister. When I go to clean the canister, around the edges is so thin where they glued together, you can't get in it to clean. Your drinks can though. Which is a bad combination. So after using my machine 3x, I have mold growing where I can not clean. Ninja needs to remedy this soon, before people start getting sick if they don't notice the mold. I feel like this product is extremely pricy to have this kind of oversight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simplicity to use Simplicity to clean and overall

I purchased the ninja slushie one week ago I am enjoying it so much I use it everyday sometimes twice it is so easy to use so easy to clean and really puts out a great product I've experimented I've made up my own recipes and I follow the recipes in the book what a great invention and very reasonably priced as these Frozen drink machines can be very expensive and I'm not sure any other machine has the technology at this machine has you don't have to use ice which is great I am so much enjoying it if you haven't purchased one by all means do so you won't be sorry and the company's support is excellent
