Easy to use easy to clean nothing complicated about this item it is amazing great product the sushi’s were amazing we had them with dinner just beautiful great price

I was very disappointed in how it comes out in small dropping chunks and not a continuous smoothie most of the time.

It works if you add sugar or sugar additive

I bought this a few weeks ago. I had no idea it needed at least 16 oz or sugar substitute if using sugar reduced substances. Even if I wanted to return, Ninja doesn’t cover return costs or provide local return for this very heavy item.

This product will not work effectively if you have a large gathering at your function. It takes too long to make a batch of margaritas. I bought and tried it out before having company. I returned it the next day.
