Good machine for at home fun beverages

All this hype so had to give this machine a try. First try and the system overheated and shutdown. I've buildup on the cylinders causing the auger to exchange in the middle drag, making the motor overheat and shut down. Seemed like the mic we used didn't have enough sugar, but the indicator didn't indicate that per the manual, only thing was that if it overheats and shuts down, unplug for 15/mins.
We tried another juice(higher content of sugar) and that worked great. We tried soda and other non alcoholic drinks paying attention to the sugar content, been doing just fine. Spiked drinks are next. We actually bought another one so one for kids drinks and other for adults(spiked)

Overall this is a good home slushi machine. Keeps it cool for a long time so you can just keep topping it off. Feels solid and quality build. I feel that they need to upgrade the auger to a stainless steel version, this probably would do better scraping ice build up on the evaporator cylinder, it won't bow and stress the motor, just my thought.

I got my slush machine a few days before Thanksgiving, I used it a lot, almost every day.

I'm very happy with my investment. No more going to the supermarket for a slushie!!! It's so great ,my kids and husband love it as well. We have been using it every single day since it arrived!
