Looks expensive! Competitve pricing! No logos!

It's as quiet as all the competitors and sounds the same as any squirrel cage fan. Nice digital readout. The lights could be brighter, but they'll work. There are no logos printed on the exterior of the fan, I like that. Except for drilling a 6" hole through my exterior wall it was an easy install. It came well packed. I wish the gasket for the vent adapter would have been packed flat, otherwise I give it 5 stars! Nice sleek design.

Looked at Island hoods in stores and had sticker shock but found ZLine 36" Island Hood much more affordable. Easy install in remodel Kitchen. Gave improved sightlines. CFM of 760 on high let me raise hood higher above stove. Delivery in two days was better than expected!

So simple I don't know why I waited so long

Hood came with everything possible for a quick install. Assembly of angle brackets and hood about an hour. Prepping opening and bracing another hour. (Electrical was already in place with an outlet in attic). Hardest part getting my 12 year and 16 year old girls to help hoist into place. It is now a focal point of our new kitchen, let alone how awesome the lights focus on the work station and the smoke from cooking gone with the blink of an eye. You definitely know the fan is on but it works so efficiently you shut it off right after cooking. Recommend for anyone who has never completely vented out to the outdoors and just used charcoal filters, this is like a new toy to my wife and I.

The fan itself looks really good. The items arrived well packaged and quite quickly. The instructions were easy to follow but not that complete - you have to guess on a few steps. Seemed like a generic book for lots of different fans. The biggest issue we have is that it is mounted on a vaulted ceiling and the fan is apparently not made to mount this way (could not tell from description it would not work). A lot of modification had to happen to make it work, however, the crown moulding (which is the reason I purchased this one) did not fit. Apparently, due to the slant of the roofline it would require a larger piece to fit around the entire chimney of the fan. The sides do not fit and they do not look good or even slightly professional at all as they could not be modified to fit. I am very disappointed in this, but since this was the last install item, we were unaware of this issue until after a hole is in my roof and the fan is completely installed. The fan itself is quite quiet and works well. The filter covers do slip a bit, but overall the look on the bottom is very nice. I am just not happy at all with the crown application and feel that it detracts from the look of the kitchen.

We actually just got this installed today! Really beautiful! - And, a rather difficult application. - Log home/exposed beams in ceiling and no way of venting the island hood. We are using the charcoal filters.

This range hood looks great and is well built...a quality product. I installed it myself and the manual was not as explicit on what hardware to use. Also, the short kit didn't completely accommodate installation on a 7' ceiling. I made it work but the shortest I could make it was 29" above the stove top....30 - 36" is the recommended range. For these reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The Range Hood Store was great to work with....very fast shipping!
