[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this epresso machine! My first nice fancy one. I’ve enjoy making my coffees at home and being able to save my money from going to coffee shops. It’s easy to use. Has so many features and variety of coffees you can make.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this machine! I have a tiny kitchen with next to no counter space, and since I worked in coffee shops when I was younger, I enjoy making myself a latte every morning. With my previous espresso machine, I had assumed I didn’t have counter space for a drip coffee maker as well- even though sometimes I would prefer to make a cup or a pot of regular coffee, especially when I have guests.
I love the flexibility of this machine- able to do both espresso drinks and regular coffee, as well as cold brew and even including a cold frother, all in one compact machine.
The espresso grouper itself feels a bit flimsier compared to my old Breville machine, but the espresso it makes is solid. Time will tell how durable it is, but hopefully it’s fine. The steam wand works well as long as I remember to let it fully preheat- and it’s easier to keep clean than my previous model.
All in, I’m happy with this model. If you’re looking to be able to fine tune your espresso brew, control temps and pressure directly, etc, then you’ll want to go with a higher end brand. It for someone like me looking for something compact, consistent, relatively easy to use and a decent value, this is a really good option!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine was packaged nicely and looks very sleek. Set up was simple and easy to follow to clean/prime the machine. I had a little bit of issues with the water but unplugging and redoing seemed to fix it. I like the multiple choices for coffee- bold, cold brew, over ice, etc. and there's many different fl oz choices, from 8oz to 60oz. The issue I had was on the latte side. The espresso brewed quite long and made it pretty foamy towards the end. I did not like the steam wand. The idea behind all of it is really cool but the steam wand just shoots out hot water and waters down the milk. I tried multiple times, maybe I'll be able to get it to work but the first times I tried just made the latte super watered down. Overall, again, the concept behind each feature is simple to use and cool. Unless I can figure out how to clean up the espresso and milk, I'd probably only use this for coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso/coffee maker is everything I wished for! It has a steamer, espresso drip, cold frother, large pot drip coffee, and single serve coffee option! It fits neatly on my counter top and the water tank is accessible from under my cabinet and refillable with a pitcher. I have been practicing making lattes and it’s been a bit of a learning curve. I would say that if you are looking for super convenience with an espresso maker this may not be the one for you. If you want higher quality espresso drinks then this is your machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were very excited to receive this espresso machine free in exchange for a review. It fits well in our kitchen and is fairly simple to use. So far we've made coffee, espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, and they turned out well. It makes a full size pot of drip coffee which is great! I'm looking forward to using it everyday!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this machine for a week there are a few things I am enjoying and one minor thing I am not sure I like. The pros: very sleek looking and durable, looks great on the counter, easy to operate touch screen buttons, really cool attached frother for lattes, really neat measuring spoons for the coffee, programming option so coffee is made when you want it. Water tank is behind machine so only the pretty front is visible, relatively compact for all the features is has, lots of options for how much coffee you want, makes quick coffee pot and lattes.
Con: No option to reheat the coffee in the pot. This is annoying because I never get to drink my coffee right when it’s hot but can’t seem to figure out if there is a reheat option.
Overall, it’s a great machine that does require practice and research if you want to make specially coffees.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine is very professional. You can use it to make alot of different kinds from espresso to cold brew… the instructions very easy to use to. Good value of money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee/ espresso machine packs a pretty good punch, making the brewing process quick and easy with little to no cleanup necessary. I’ve had all in ones before generally, they were a jack of all, but a master of none. Overall this does a pretty good job! The coffee side works perfectly and has great build quality. The espresso side does have some room for improvement. The espresso comes out quite foamy to simulate crema but I’m sure with the porter filter/basket replacement you could achieve better results. Cold brew works like a charm the steamer easy to use and cleans very easily overall, pretty good.
