Can’t get it to work help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This didn’t work at all. I tried and tried to get it to work but it would not make ice. Now I have a big ice machine that doesn’t work and can’t figure out what to do with it.

We'd like to help out with your Opal not producing ice. We recommend first running through our video guide on setting the unit up here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5560JZjNBI.
If everything is set up and the unit still isn't producing ice, we recommend trying a complete electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the unit for 2-3 hours, then plugging it back in. In the meantime, one of our agents will be reaching out over email to collect additional information and to offer assistance.

Great nugget ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really enjoying this nugget ice maker! I love having soft, chewable ice available at home, especially for iced coffee, water, and mixed drinks. It makes ice fairly quickly and is simple to use once everything is set up. The compact size is a big plus as it doesn’t take up to much counter space. My only issue is that sometimes I can hear the pump humming or running, but no ice is actually being made. I think it might be an air bubble getting trapped in the water pump because it seems to resolve after a little troubleshooting. It also requires some regular cleaning and maintenance but overall I’m happy with it an enjoy having ice whenever I want.

Same excellent ice as the Profile Opal!

We like the smaller footprint, stainless steel scoop and holder. The ice in the bucket does seem to clump more and when opened drips more water on the drip tray. FYI the QR code on the registration does not work, gear just spins. I believe the QR code for setup did not him the correct landing page however it’s been 2 weeks! Cleaning will be easier too!

My go-to ice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Opal Mini Pro performs really well and I was surprised how quickly it made ice. The ice has the perfect soft, crunchy texture. It keeps up well with everyday use. I wasn’t a fan of the bleach cleaning and would rather use vinegar but overall the performance is excellent and I’m really happy with it.

Super nice and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and the app makes it so nice how you get set time frames and turn it off remotely. The device looks very nice and the mini version is great as it fits nicely in our smaller apartment kitchen. The ice is very quiet and I love the size of it! Great addition. Cleaning is super easy too and appreciate that it comes with a descaler.
