[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st fold phone. I like it for multi tasking and watching content this. The extra screen space is amazing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially; I wasn't too thrilled about upgrading from my zfold 6, due to lack of s pen support. However ever since taking the plunge I do not regret it any longer. The extra screen size truly is a perk and being the thinnest also worried me but it's great fits good in the hand and texting feels less restrictive. Im looking forward to samsungs future innovations in the z series.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone for the larger screen. I always been a Samsung user, and always a galaxy phone. This phone has surpassed my expectations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra for the New Samsung Galaxy Z fold 8 Ultra and I made a huge mistake the new z fold is so buggy front screen and tablet mode are constantly freezing im always having to restart my phone for it to work not only that the camera is so mid it's terrible my S25 ultra camera was way superior over all I give this phone 2 stars i regret getting this phone

Hi Albert,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra combines an expansive folding display, powerful multitasking capabilities, and a versatile camera system within a flexible design. We value your perspective, especially after transitioning from the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and appreciate your feedback regarding freezing issues on both displays, frequent restarts, and camera performance.
Based on your experience, that sounds incredibly frustrating. Spending a significant amount on a brand-new Ultra model only to encounter constant freezes and restarts is the last issue you would want with a premium smartphone. Since the phone is new, these freezing problems are often linked to temporary firmware glitches, conflicting background applications, or memory management issues. Before you decide to give up on the device completely, let’s try a few targeted software fixes to stabilize it.
A corrupted system cache, which can occur after setup or following a day-one update, is a common cause of UI freezing during screen transitions. Wiping the system cache can resolve this without deleting your personal data. Here’s how to do it:
1. Turn off your device completely. 2. Connect your phone to a computer or your wall charger using a USB-C cable (this is sometimes necessary to trigger recovery mode on newer One UI versions). 3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo disappears. 4. Use the volume keys to highlight "Wipe cache partition" and press the Power button to select and confirm. 5. Once this is complete, scroll down to "Repair apps" (if visible in your menu), select it, and allow the phone to reboot. This re-indexes all your system files and apps to help prevent crashes.
If you have tried these steps and the phone still freezes multiple times a day, it may indicate a hardware fault with the internal display connector or hinge sensor. Since the phone is new, you are still within the warranty period. Samsung stands behind the quality of its products and offers a warranty to protect against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid for a limited duration of 12 months, as specified for each product. With this assurance, customers can enjoy peace of mind, knowing their investment is protected and that they can expect the reliability and performance that Samsung promises.
Please reach out to us; we are here to help. Your experience helps Samsung to continue refining the Fold experience. Thank you for choosing Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone I chose to get it based off the z fold 7 and this phone just crushes it in the camera department and battery life every time I open this phone it's very refreshing to see that big display, I love the multitasking. I highly recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the phone because it takes better pictures than my old phone and it the battery last alot longer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 Ultra because I was desperate for something new, different, and innovative. I had always been interested in the fold series, but I was never willing to accept the compromises, but with the enhanced battery life and camera improvements of this generation, I decided to take the jump. So far, I've loved the inner display, the ability to have multiple apps open at once, and how videos and games look on the bigger screen. My one qualm with it is that I would have preferred s pen support for it, for small art projects, note taking, or just general touch screen gaming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasnt sure what phone i would get when upgrade time came around , ut im glad i chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 ultra ! I used to carry q phone and a tablet to and from work , this phone allows me to bring just the ine device , and it is fast enough and has a long enough battery that i can do all the same things i did on my tablet . I use it for gaming , movies , music , and even remote controlling my pc , as well as fully featured game development right on the device. WHAT AN AWESOME PHONE !
