The best fold out there

Best Samsung phone I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold because I wanted a phone that could replace both my regular phone and a small tablet, and so far I’m very impressed. The large inner display is amazing for multitasking, watching videos, browsing, and getting work done. I especially like being able to use multiple apps at the same time.
The phone feels premium, fast and smooth, and the outer screen is very convenient when I just need to do something quickly without opening the phone. The cameras have also impressed me, and the overall experience feels like a big upgrade from my previous Galaxy phone.
I’m still discovering new features every day, but so far I’m extremely happy with my choice. Samsung did a great job making a foldable phone that is actually useful for everyday life, work and entertainment.

The coolest phone ever

Great phone. Big move from Zfold6

Major Improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and this was a major improvement.
The crease is barely noticeable. It's almost completely gone.
The phone is so thin! When using the outer screen you wouldn't even know it's a folding pho e.
The size of the outside screen is perfect. It's the same size and aspect ratio as other normal phones. This solves all of the formatting issues I had with older models.
When the phone is open its truly like having two phones side by side. Multitasking is the best its ever been when using two full apps at once.

Samsung Hits a Grand Slam... Again!

This is my third foldable — I went from the Z Fold 4 to the Z Fold 6, and this time I chose to upgrade to the Z Fold 8 Ultra. So glad I waited for it!
I've had it for two days now, and I can't say enough great things. It's thinner by at least a third, yet the weight also is reduced — that alone is impressive engineering. The screen is amazing: noticeably brighter, the crease is barely visible anymore, and the colors are exceptional, almost like a different display technology altogether.
The battery gives me several extra hours of use, and charging is faster too, so I'm spending less time tethered to a cable. Even the transfer process from my old phone was smoother than ever — minimal setup, minimal hassle, and I was up and running in no time.
Three folds in, and this is the one that finally feels fully realized. I chose well.
