[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a galaxy ultra, I chose this phone because I wanted something narrower yet big enough for comfortable viewing. On day two the device started overheating. I am hopeful that this is not the start of an early battery death.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved the fold devices for a while. The fold 8 ultra is my third iteration of this device. I love the power and the ability to read documents at a reasonable screen size as I use it heavily for work. I chose the fold 8 ultra because it continues to be a great phone and work device, but also because of the increased battery life.

Just may replace my laptop

Often I find myself away from home and wanting to do something on my computer because I find many things awkward even on my S20 which is a good-sized phone. When I put one on top of the other, I find the Z Fold8 Ultra is actually a couple of millimeters thinner and smaller than my S20! So glad I chose it, I think it might even replace my laptop!
