[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose galaxy phones because they are great phones. This is my first fold series but im loving it so far. I like that it's thin even though folded. The color is beautiful (putple). The camera is good. Obviously regular galaxy phones have a few more camera options but I dont use camera for anytjing serious so I dont need the extra. I love the folded screen. It's big and so much easier to type on. Plus great for watching my dramas.

Z fold for ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z fold 8 ultra as I had with the folds since the 4th gen when I enter the galaxy family. I can't have it other way. Samsung folds are the best folds device there is. My partner have the fold and I got the ultra and we love it.

The Phone That Doubles as My Mobile Office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra because I wanted a device that could keep up with both my personal life and my new small business. It has the most useful tool I carry.
The foldable screen is the biggest advantage. When I am traveling, visiting vendors, or meeting with clients, I can open the phone and have a much larger workspace without carrying a tablet or laptop. I can review documents, browse products, compare information, manage business tasks, and show clients and vendors exactly what I am working on, all from my phone.
I also love that it functions like a regular phone when closed, so I get the convenience of a traditional smartphone when I need it and a much larger screen when I want to be productive.
I use my phone for virtually everything, both personally and professionally, including keeping up with my five children. Having one device that can handle communication, organization, research, entertainment, and business has made my day-to-day life much more efficient.
For people who travel or run a businesses, the Fold8 Ultra is like having a tiny office in your pocket...minus the fluorescent lighting, bad coffee, and coworkers asking if you have a minute.

Great upgrade for Fold 6, excellent for new buyers

The Fold8 Ultra with a thin case is the same thickness as the old Fold 6 without a case. The Fold 6 with even a thin case just looks incredibly bulky to me now. The lighter weight makes it much more comfortable to use folded or unfolded. I was never bothered by the crease with earlier models. The iterative improvements to flatten the crease has reached to a point where it is very subtle. Battery seems to be good so far. I have found myself enjoying using the phone more often which is a good and a bad thing.

Real Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone because its different. We've been using bar phones for years now and while I was skeptical at first about folding phones, I finally hit the point where I wished I had more screen space but in the same pocket able form factor.
Like everyone else, I was skeptical about the crease. And there's no going around it, the crease does exist. But in my experience, you will not notice it if youre actively using the phone. Im sure it was more noticeable in previous iterations, but with the Fold8 Ultra, its barely noticeable.
The two main reasons I bought this phone was for multi tasking and a larger screen size, and it greatly expands on what my S25 Ultra was capable of. The ability to rearrange 3 (the amount I've tried so far) apps around my screen really helps me get more things done at once. And the expanded screen size really helps me when I'm doing work by displaying the browser and web pages in a almost desktop browser like view. Yea I know "View in Desktop Mode" exists, but it doesn't work that well sometimes, at least for the pages I use for work. But the way my work stuff transitioned to the unfolded desktop mode really ironed out some frustrations I had with working on my phone.
