[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Z Folds since the 3rd generation, it been interesting watching each years improvements. The 8 Ultra isn't much of a change from the Fold 7 - I mainly wanted the better battery, the increased brightness, faster chip, camera upgrade and screen changes were all minor extras. Enjoying it though - excited to see what the 9 Fold will being next year.

Samsung Z Fold 8 Ultra for a Cruise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a Samsung Z Fold 8 Ultra because I am going on a 35 day cruise circumnavigating Australia. I previously owned a Z Fold 6 and 7. I needed a phone that would take excellent pictures and that I could use as a small tablet aboard the cruise liner and on shore tours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this new product because, I am already familiar with the Z Fold family. I had the Z Fold 4 and 5. Now I have the Z Fold 8 Ultra! I chose to welcome the new edition to the Family. I Love the screen size, because it looks like a mini iPad or tablet. I Love streaming movies on it with Netflix, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. I am so Loving My new phone!

The large inner display is excellent for multitasking, reading, watching videos, and working on documents, while the cover screen is practical for quick calls, messages, and everyday tasks.
The device feels premium, fast, and well built. Switching between apps is smooth, and the foldable screen makes it much easier to use two or three apps at once. The camera quality is also impressive, especially in good lighting, and the battery comfortably supports a full day of normal use.
My favorite feature is the flexibility: I can use it folded like a regular phone or open it when I need more screen space. It is expensive, but for anyone who values productivity, multitasking, and a high-end design, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is a great choice.
