This is my fourth Z Fold phone and I've always loved the Fold phones. I think Samsung makes the most innovative and high resolution phones with decent batter life. This Z Fold 8 is everything I loved about the other Fold phone when it's open. It's almost the same size when it's open as the previous versions but the wide screen is such a great upgrade for the day to day tasks. The center crease is almost invisible when it's open. I intentionally bought a slightly heavy case because the new version is so thin and light that it was making nervous when I couldn't feel my phone in my back pocket. It's light and thin which is great but it was too light and I was constantly checking to make sure it was still in my back pocket.
I hope they never get rid of this form factor Fold. It's the best. And it's why I've been with Samsung for the last decade.
