New standard for foldables

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I chose the Z Fold 8 and not the ultra. The dimensions of this phone are nearly perfect. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is fingerprint sensor, a lack of magnet lock on the back panel, and a telephoto camera. Changing the fingerprint scanner to the front screen instead of on the side button, adding a magnetic ring to the rear panel, and swapping the ultrawide for a 3x telephoto would make this the ultimate phone. The hinge, interior screen, thickness, and exterior screen are amazing.

First fold phone and it's great!

I enjoy using it as a phone as much as I like the unfolded tablet. My phone is basically a transformer. If I could get the transformer sound every time it opens to a tablet. It would be a complete masterpiece 👌 👏
I heard the camera isn't as good as the ultra but I don't do pictures much. Also the phone has a terrible wabble due the camera but a phone case will fix that.. I really don't have too many complaints 24hrs of owning the Flip8.

Perfection knows a form factor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung z fold 8 to replace my z fold 7. People asked, why? Why would you do trade-in, for the shorty?! Because the shorty is KING. This form fixes all the horrible issues I experienced with multiple z Gold phones, the too tall, too thin phones.
The width is perfect on the front screen and it’s not too heavy. The cameras are great, the z fold 7’s telephoto lens shot subpar shots so it’s not missed one bit.
I love the AI features too, the 6 months of Gemini Pro is lovely to play around with ideas and fix cherished family photos.
The crease doesn’t bother me, it’s nearly not there and you can’t feel it. Some light you mildly see it, but you gotta try. It’s so much more worth it that the prior ones.

Breathe of fresh air

The reason I chose the Z fold 8 is because of the beautiful form factor and amazing features! This phone is a breathe of fresh air and something so comfortable to use. I love this phone and how pocketable it is and how lightweight it is as well. I have no idea how Samsung managed to fit all this tech into something so slim! Truly I'm so surprised and jaw dropped! Keep on going Samsung!!!! I'm a Samsung knight for life!!

Fold 8 design with dynamic features

I chose the Fold 8 for the expanded possibilities of the front screen compared to the Flip 7 and it has not disappointed. The front screen is the perfect combination of size and usefulness. The opened Fold 8 is versatile, efficient, and more useful and dynamic than I had hoped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just have 2 days using my new z fold 8. I was S Galaxy ultra 2025. But I chose to switch to this to the new fold 8. But compared to my ultra, this phone need to improve the 📷, for the cost, need to be close to the ultra. The design is really nice, light, pretty and compact. I just want to more that my ultra in this new device
