Almost Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to get the Z Flip 8 simply because I already had a Z Flip 6 and it was time to upgrade. I love having a back camera with a full screen I can use when I'm switching POVs and can't imagine going back to a phone that never flips! The only thing I was surprised about was the speaker quality. I had thought my old Z Flip 6's quality was doing poorly but comparing it to the Z Flip 8, the volume was actually much higher two models ago than it is today. The 8 is smooth, sleek, super thin and so much more lightweight, but really missed out on having amazing speaker volume and thus hearing quality for music lovers like me. Regardless, I'm still very happy with my purchase, though price can definitely be lowered as it's not much different from other models in features.

Galaxy Z Flip 8 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Flip8, and it surprised me tremendously when I first got it. It is noticeably thinner than the Z Flip7, but it still feels more substantial and premium in my hand. The Pink color is also a major standout for me and was one of the main reasons I chose this phone as my secondary device.
One of my favorite improvements is the new way of adding apps to the Cover Screen, which makes the phone much more convenient to use without having to open it constantly. The crease on the inner display is also incredibly seamless. I open and close the phone many times throughout the day, and I rarely notice the crease unless I look at the screen from a specific angle.
The camera quality has also been amazing in my experience. I create content with this phone for TikTok under the username @ItsVal172, and the video quality looks great, especially for a foldable device. I've noticed many improvements compared with previous models, and the overall experience feels more refined.
Battery life has also been good for my personal usage. Overall, the Galaxy Z Flip8 feels like a significant improvement, and I'm very happy that I chose it as my secondary phone, with the Galaxy S26 Ultra serving as my primary device.

Worth the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Flip8! My previous phone was a Flip5 and this is a massive improvement. The hinge is much more sturdy. The screen is slightly bigger, which I appreciate. The fold is almost inperceptible compared to the 5. I chose the green, however I can't really appreciate the lovely color with the case. Two thumbs up!

Long live the Flip series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long time fan, I have upgraded every 2 generations, starting with the Flip4. It seems like the odd generations get the initial introductions, while the even generations get the refinements of those introductions. In this case, what I got was the full cover screen experience that was introduced with the 7. It's amazing, & I no longer feel limited by the folder shape cover screen that the 6 had. Well beyond the cover screen, it is a noticeable upgrade in every way. Everything that the 6 can do, the 8 can do better & faster. I was horrified to learn that there are rumours going around that this is the final Flip generation. I hope those rumours prove false because I want to use the Flip series for a long time to come. That said, I am interested in eventually getting one of the new chibi Fold8s to use simultaneously, but my plan is to use both devices rather than simply switch entirely to the Fold series

LOVE the new flip design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Chose the Samsung Galaxy Zflip 8 after owning a Samsung galaxy s23. What a fresh new design and upgrade! I feel retro yet futuristic-fresh at the same time. I enjoy the "Tiny-Ness" of the cover screen and it's very useful . My only complaint about it, is I wish it was more customizable like the internal can be. Also, I need an accessory that protects/blocks out the camera as it feels very invasive when I just want to use the cover screen. If it was easier to open with 1 hand it would be nice too. Overall, I like that it's different than the standard block phone, I'm all about customization and efficiency so I love the flipping and uniqueness of it. I would give it a 10 if I could open it with 1 hand, we get an update for more cover screen customizations including the drop down screen. Super cool phone!!
