I bought TWO of these thinking it would be Better Tech (Ai and all) than my other pan cams, BUT IT'S NOT. They DO NOT track a vehicle coming up my drive , which was the sole purpose of buying these Very Disappointing !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Subscription Needed: The AI Person Tracking is built in and does not require a subscription.
Feature Disabled by Default: Please note that Smart AI Person Tracking is disabled by default and must be enabled in the camera settings.

This camera was so easy to set up right out of the box. We already had a Wyze outdoor camera for our backyard and wanted one that had more capability for the front door with a wider view range. This Wyze Pan is incredible. Great tracking and clarity. Very affordable and connected easily to our system already in place.

So far the device has worked as advertised .. it’s pulling wifi from 250’ away on some open range property - so wish it had a sentry mode to scan and look for movement.. I’d take the battery use loss for some scanning. Set up and install super easy!!
