Clean the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth.
Inspect the solar panel’s cable for any damage, such as cuts, corrosion, or moisture.

Verify Cable Connection
Ensure the solar panel’s cable is securely and correctly inserted into the camera.

Optimize Solar Panel Placement
Make sure the solar panel receives at least 1 hour of direct sunlight per day.
For best results, in the northern hemisphere, face the panel south with a 30° tilt; in the southern hemisphere, face it north with a 30° tilt.
Remove any obstacles that could block sunlight.

Check Charging Status
During a sunny midday, check the camera’s live stream in the app. The battery icon should show both a lightning bolt and a sun icon if charging via the solar panel.
