To help improve connectivity, we recommend checking that your Wyze app and camera firmware are both up to date, confirming you’re connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and reviewing the camera’s signal strength in the app. Restarting your router and camera can also help refresh the connection.
If you haven’t already, please try lowering the live stream resolution and testing the app on both Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.

I’d like the product. I wish it had a complete 360° view where you didn’t have to go back and forth. We just spun around and kept going the idea that you have to set a fall view. Seems like it’s too limiting be better if there was a way to have it to scan that 360° view

I've owned a few wifi outdoor battery operated camera brands and this is by far the best. It has loads of features and the video quality is also way better than the competition. The solar is the way to go for me, they really do stay full on battery. I will not miss changing out batteries and recharging them often. I will purchase more of these and recommend them to my friends.

Works as it should, except it should pan all the time or do a pan every so many secs. Let the customer figure out if there is enough sun to keep it charged up. Just give more functions and the customer will figure out if they can use all the functions due to battery life. Other than that works as it should always alerts me when it should.
