Works great and handles my dice and blending needs for the canning season. I only wish Ninja would include a convenient way to store all the extra parts not in use safely and neatly out of the way. This unit has enough parts it needs its own dedicated sharp drawer to store the blades, choppers and paddles

Hi Ginger,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Opening a brand-new product and finding that it's leaking from the spout and around the lid right out of the box can be really discouraging. When you're excited to start using a new purchase, the last thing you expect is to run into an issue on the very first use.
We're sorry this happened. We'd like the opportunity to take a closer look and see how we can help. Please contact us at https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us, and our team will be happy to review the issue and assist you further.
Kind Regards,
Sharkninja
