Items in front pocket cause black marks to appear

I bought this in the mauve color. Anything that is put in the front pocket causes black marks to appear on the outside. It's very bizarre. I had my phone in the front pocket and after the first use there were black marks all over the front from where the phone was positioned. The purse is also just way too big for me. Even for travel, I don't have a need for such a large size. I am hoping I can return this due to the weird marking issue.

A great size - not big, not small

I love this purse! I have traveled with a slightly smaller Tumi purse for years and decided I needed more space. This purse appears to be only slightly bigger, but is much roomier. I like the multiple zip pockets available. I hope the lighter color doesn’t show dirt easily.
