Use for all travel

This bag is small enough for me to lift and put in the overhead bins without help. The compact carry on held my knitting a Mac-book Pro and two iPads, which is a lot.

Best Carry-on I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say that I have been a Tumi person since my flight attendant days in the 90's. Why? Because the bags simply hold up and Tumi stands behind their product. They are on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for and in the long run you will be paying less for your luggage not to mention they make your trip so much easier. As a flight attendant I used my bag every single week for years and years. I saw others in my profession having to replace their bag after only a year, but I never did. So, fast forward to 2026 where my husband and I own 6 pieces of Tumi luggage plus purses and toiletry bags. They are simply the best. One of my latest purchases is this half rolling carry-on. Wow does this perform. It's spacious and holds more than I imagined. The outside zipper compartments allow for easy access to what you need to get your hands on right away. The inside has a zip out divider as well. And the wheels are amazing. Recently we had a trip to France and running through the airport with this bag made my life so much easier and stress free. Oh and did I mention that the main compartment can be combo locked. If I could add one thing to it, I wish it came in more colors.
