Looking for the best backpack you’ll ever own? It doesn’t get better than the Tumi Axis Large Backpack. Easy 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you, like me, were under the impression that all backpacks are practically the same: thin, cheap-feeling, weird pocket placement, too few pockets, etc. then I️ suggest you try out any Tumi product. Wow. Premium material, premium feel, pockets that actually make sense, even more pockets than you know what to do with, I️ could go on and on. They’ve even thought of things that would have never occurred to me, like an AirTag/tracker slot so it’s hidden and out of sight but you feel comfortable knowing you’ll always know where your bag is. The magnetic clasp on the center sleeve pocket feels sturdy, opens silently, and is something I’ve never seen before; it’s so convenient to not have to unzip a pocket just to grab out my headphones or wallet, just pop the magnet. Genius! And the capacity of this large pack is wild. Large is a good description, as I️ could easily fit my motorcycle helmet and a days worth of snacks in just the main pocket alone (trust me I️ actually tried this), all while having multiple other pockets to store my water, laptop or notebook, a change of clothes, shoes, really anything. Loading is easy too because of the well thought out spacing of the zippers and pockets; no pockets are spaced too close to each other to make them inaccessible if you stuff a pocket to the brim. The backpack itself weighs more than other bags I️ own, but in a good way. You can tell Tumi used very nice materials when designing the Axis backpack, from the fabric to the zippers, so I️ appreciate the weight of the bag, it screams luxury. I️ have yet to fly with this bag but I️ have already put all my other backpacks in storage in anticipation of this being the nicest, most capable storage and travel solution I️ own. Tumi knocked this one out of the park.

Tumi does it again ! Loaded with tons of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you would want or need in an EDC carry on bag is this backpack right here. It is extremely light for a full size bag the material is a sleek clean look ahead of its time. It Loaded with many features I really never seen on another bag. My favorite is the seperate pouch lined with microfiber perfect for delicate item including sunglasses. Fits an 18 ounce coffee mug on both side with ease. Has a little magnetic flap in the front with a deep zipper pouch. Has a what I would call wide mouth opening so you can easily dig through the bag when it's loaded with clarity. A separate computer compartment, and of course a sleeve to fit over luggage if don't want to rock a backpack. Also a cool little touch is the zipper in front small items like keys. Would recommend 100%

Impressive balance between style

Sturdy, Tons of Utility, sleek design

It's completely changed how my work day flows. I work with a clean, specific set of tools and am in and out of vehicles dozens of times a day. This backpack makes it easy to reach in and grab to each tool in the pack quickly, and without searching. Tons of pockets, each with a guided purpose: laptop/tablet, notepads, multiple phones, micro fiber lined pockets for delicate, water bottle pockets with drainage, even a money pocket in the shoulder strap and the general size of the middle pocket is HUGE.
IMO if you can't fit it in this bag, you probably need something bigger than a backpack lol.
One downside, for my wife, but a perk for me: It's too heavy for her, in general. She carries a heavy purse and said she couldn't imagine carrying this Tumi pack fully loaded. Me? I suffer from a bad back and subsequent posture, so using both straps with this pack and my typical work tools feels REALLY Good on my back. It helps straighten my posture while giving me a weight counterbalance.
To me, as someone used to carrying suitcases and nice tool bags, it's the nicest backpack I've had and I think it really shows in its design with its sleek and professional look.
OH yeah, with a warranty and embroidery service too? Absolute 5-stars!

Not to mention the quality of this backpack is top tier. It has so many magnetic pockets as well making it very easy to store items away very quickly and securely.

Luxurious & functional!

This is the EXACT backpack I’ve been searching for and I truly could not be happier with it. While being spacious and having a large capacity it somehow is also very lightweight - almost unnoticeable while on my back. The straps are padded extremely well and I can already see this saving my back on my long travel days.
The interior organization is brilliant - someone finally designed a bag correctly. The compartments are generously sized and able to hold my MacBook, passport, daily essentials and all my various tech accessories. The zippers glide perfectly and never get caught so I never have to worry about something not being closed properly and my items falling out. If you’re looking for a high end everyday backpack that doesn’t skip out on also being functional this one is for you.
