I wish you still made the style that opens on top like a purse. It was so easy to get to items and see them. This is just like a regular back pack.

Too Small - Not Practical

It is a lot smaller than I expected. I wish I could exchange for a larger bag but because of the small tag (that can be removed) I don't qualify for an exchange even if I am paying more. Hoping this can happen in the future some day.

I really like this bag, it’s a great size, very durable, it feels good to carry. I didn’t give it 5 stars for these two reasons: 1) while I love the idea of an internal bottle holder, the one inside this is basically useless and squishes down under the bottle 2) I strongly dislike the silver zippers. The one by the internal bottle holder is useless, as I can’t get my bottle out, and the others hurt my skin to reach inside them. They way too rough.

Love this back but …

I love this bag , it keeps me very organized while traveling during my work week. It has a spot for all the things I carry keys , phone , water bottle , cards etc… the only thing that I’m dissatisfied with is the straps , I wish they could draw them tighter , as they might the bag sit a little low on your back. Yes they are adjustable but not tight enough , I do carry a water bottle but it’s small maybe it’s the weight factor not sure.

Perfect carry-on

Love this backpack as it is compact and lightweight. It is the perfect companion for my carry-on. Tumi quality is legendary and this one is amazing. It also came with a customized name tag.
