I absolutely love this tote. I frequently take files and my laptop with me and there is plenty of room in this tote. The leather looks and feels amazing. Very happy with this purchase

The functionality of the bag is great! It is very sleek and simple. I like the details such as pouches, room for water bottle (I use a larger Yeti) and space for computer. Only thing I don’t care for is it slouches and has lost its shape within a month of use. I had to cut cardboard to place on the bottom. That’s my only reason for 4 star. Overall I like the bag. Not sure if worth the price but paying for the brand is.

Whether or not to purchase this bag was my obsession for a solid 3 weeks. I had a backpack that I got to return just within the 5 yr warranty due to repeated zipper issues, so I used that credit to help get this bag.
The Vail has a lot of little features that I love. It has enough pockets, it doesn't have the matching zipper that the Valetta tote has, the little metal feet, the comfortable straps, carry on compatible hole, and the water bottle holder. The ONE thing I dislike is the fact that it slouches over, even with everything in it / moved around to balance out the bag so one side isn't heavier than the other.
I had to create cardboard cutouts to help give structure to the bag on the sides so that it can remain beautiful and stand upright.
When I accidentally scuffed the bag with my nail or something, I was able to rub it out pretty nicely. I'm not someone who takes great care of leather / expensive goods, but I feel this will stay with me for the rest of my life just fine.
