Love this backpack. Perfect size for business travel. Lightweight, roomy and I’m a huge fan of the color. Feminine yet professional. Highly recommend.
I have a smaller Tumi fabric backpack that still looks new after 4 years, so I’m confident this purchase is a great investment.

One big flaw that ruins the experience

Size is good. Color is great. Unfortunately the flap over the zipper for the main compartment ruins it. it is in the way, makes it really difficult to zip and unzip. It really ruins the user experience. If hadn't been so expensive I would be dumping it.

I’ve been eyeing this bag for a while. I really wanted the black with the gold. But of course regular price for these bags is really high and I couldn’t justify spending that much.
Another thing to that made me hesitant to buy this bag at first is I saw a lot of complaints about how long the straps are. I am 5’1” and I can tell you I did not have any problems with the strap length. Obviously it is a personal preference thing, but if you are on the fence because of that, I would suggest you try it.
Apparently this pattern didn’t sell too well because I’ve been seeing sales on it for a few months. Eventually, the price was low enough that I felt it was worth purchasing since the function is more important to me than how it looks. I took it with me on a recent trip as my personal item and it worked very well. It is a very good quality bag. And the laptop slot is just a bit bigger than another bag I have so I was pleasantly surprised that my work laptop fits.
