Best part about this backpack is the fact that is stays on my luggage!! I hated the way my other backpacks slumped all over the luggage and did not sty connected!
Otherwise, I like the space available. For a smaller bag, I can fit a lot of stuff into the main compartment.

Pandemic purchase, and not mad about it!

Really enjoying this backpack - it is very pretty; Tumi does make very pretty things. I like the size, especially for work: it's compact - since I rarely carry paperwork, and it's mainly my laptop, a Moleskine notebook, power supply, iPhones/iPad, everything fits nicely, and it's not very bulky. This backpack has forced me to carry less for work - I really don't need all of the stuff I used to carry (when I was a consultant, it was everything and the kitchen sink; now an operations executive, everything is on my laptop/iPhones/iPad). The only nit I have is that it just barely fits my 15" laptop - I have to finagle the top corners a bit to get it in the laptop slot, but, once it's in, it's fine. This may be the only good thing to come out of the pandemic, as I got bored, went to the Tumi store, and made this high-quality Tumi purchase. The young lady at the Tumi store (in Abt) was super friendly, helpful, and wasn't pushy at all - great service, and she went the extra mile when they couldn't find the backpack itself (she went into the warehouse to retrieve it).

Small but Tough! Well made piece!

I’ll start by saying I love my new bag and the how well it’s made, I gave a 4 - Star because it is a tad smaller than expected and could use a water bottle holder. But, again that’s just my opinion of things I’d like. The inner laptop compartment is nice and will hold smaller to medium sized laptops. TUMI never fails to offer such lovely products, and I can’t wait to get many years of use from my new bag!
