Lightweight and comfortable. I wear it to travel and to meetings. Got caught in the rain and used it to cover my head and it is water resistant. I love it.

It’s a very nice backpack. Very light weight and serves its purpose. However, handles came undone after just a couple of months. Use it for my laptop. Laptop has to come with its own sleeve as this backpack does not have much protection for it.

Absolutely love this. It’s light but still has great structure. Only thing I wish it had is a water bottle holder and a laptop section but that’s just minor.

Stitching gave way after a week!

I actually loved the backpack, but the stitching on one of the straps gave way after only a week of use! Left me without a backpack for the rest of my trip to Europe!
Tumi did repair it under warranty, but it just should not have happened!

I absolutely love this backpack. It was exactly what I was looking for, it fit my needs for a travel day bag perfectly. It had plenty of room, was light weight, durable enough for hikes, wiped down easily, folds in on itself so it takes up very little space in luggage, and it's carrier case doubles as small zip bag for the interior of the pack.

Love this backpack

I received the Just In Case tote as a gift a few years ago and I love it for the size and weight (though I rarely fold it up). I wanted to replace my old foldable backpack from Baggu and this bag works great. It’s stylish and super functional - the outside pouch snaps into the inside of the main compartment. This provides more secure storage for my phone and wallet when traveling in crowded cities. The straps are adjustable and somewhat comfortable - within my expectations for a foldable bag. My only complaint is the fabric is pretty thick when folded up, but that’s a trade off with how sturdy it is. Overall recommend!
