So disappointed….

When I was asked to buy a quality speaker for our vacation house I immediately thought “I’ll get a Marshall” so we don’t have to worry about a cheap speaker breaking on us. Well, I got that wrong. The Stanmore IV stopped working after two days and I’m still in the warranty return process after two weeks! Not a happy customer at all.

Had an issue with the first Stanmore IV that conked out after 2nd use. I was able to return it and received a replacement no problem. Several months now and no issues, it sounds great turned up. Having an Emberton II, an Acton III and now the Stanmore IV I wish they could sync up but each provides great sound for each room, I’m happy with them all.

Awesome speakers but already going to service

Speakers are awesome. Love the the tactile buttons and retro look and feel. They worked awesome, but unfortunately I’m already having to send both back for warranty repairs. Neither speaker will power up. The service process has been simple thus far, but really didn’t think I’d be dealing with this after just a few uses of these speakers.

I loved my Stanmore IV when it worked, but I had two units completely stop powering on within a month of purchasing them. Would happily rate 5 stars if it worked.

What a gorgeous speaker. Unfortunately, mine didn’t work. I used it a few times and needed a replacement. The replacement didn’t work either, and I’m requesting a full refund. I would not recommend Marshall for speakers.
