Love my new Phone!

I've been a fan of folds but with seam issues in the past I decided to wait for improvements in technology before jumping back into the market. I'm glad I waited and even happier that I chose the Fold8. With bad vision the new aspect ratios are a godsend! Thank you for developing this incredible device and design.

My Z Fold 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone was freezing and I hadn't plan to buy but after the last frozen glitch it was annoying so after soul searching I chose to buy a new phone.
I waited looked and saw the new ZFold 8, it was in the family of the color I like just wish it was really purple I chose it and here I am.
It is too new to say how well I like it, but so far so good I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like being coached into what like about anything..I've always wanted a flip phone but I always felt it just wasn't right for me that goes for ultra fold phone too...but chose fold 8 because for me it hit sweet spot not to big not small....I can one hand it with little issue I honestly have no complains for my needs watching media shopping and multiple tasking this is multi entertainment center in a pocket just need good pair earbuds and this will blow your mind

My new phone Z fold 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Fold-series phone, and I’m glad I chose it; the design is very elegant and lightweight, and the images look great. The cameras are good, and the feel in the hand is very different. The only thing I’d want to change is the battery—I’d prefer a 5,000 to 6,000 mAh one.
I would like it better if they perfected the cameras; I hope to really enjoy this new phone.

Lol it's been amazing and so far it has been wonderful to use. I've been using phones for 15 years. It was a big leap for me and never knew the amount of customizations there is on this phone. I really LOVE IT. Thanks samsung for creating such a wonderful experience

Finally a Samsung Fold that folds the right way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device gives me such nostalgia of a time when phones weren't all the same and it's executed so we'll.
I'm an early adapter of dual screen and foldable devices and a HUGE fan of the passport design, since the Surface Duo and the original Pixel Fold. I broke the inner screen of my Pixel Fold and felt like I lost a limb while I painfully waited 2.5 months for the Z Fold8 (wide). I didn't wait because I wanted "the latest," but because I absolutely could not commit to the awkwardly skinny form factor of the original Z Fold7, no matter how well Samsung does foldables. I'm telling you right now... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!
I can't tell you the last time I was this obsessed with a phone. It just feels right. It's looks amazing and fun to use. This aspect ratio is perfect for multitasking and increases my productivity tenfold. How anyone could still use a slab phone in 2026 and actually be productive is beyond me.
My only two gripes are:
1. It's not big enough. I want this exact aspect ratio, but bigger. And yes, I know that means it would be even wider but I would love that
2. Samsung didn't release a flagship spec'd version of it. The Z Fold8 and Z Fold8 Ultra ARE NOT the same device AT ALL, and you can't convince me otherwise.
But I'm hoping that Samsung addresses both in Gen 2.

Overall, I'm extremely happy. The pros far outweigh the cons. Two weeks in and I'm just as obsessed as I was on day one. I still get excited every time I use it.
