Why the Fold 8 is Worth the Leap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of debating between a standard phone and a hybrid, I chose the Samsung Galaxy Fold 8. It completely changed how I look at mobile tech.
What blew me away immediately is how natural the outer screen feels now. It is wider and shorter, so typing on the go doesn't feel cramped. When you unfold it, the main display is incredibly light. Samsung redesigned the hinge to close completely flat, and the crease is virtually invisible when looking straight at it. The real magic is in the new smart features. The live translate overlays on video calls work in real-time without lagging, which has been an absolute game-changer for my international work calls. The multitasking software is also much smoother, letting me snap apps side-by-side instantly with a quick gesture. No device is perfect, though. Because the main screen is almost a square, standard horizontal YouTube videos do not play in full screen. You end up with two black sides flanking the video. It wastes some screen real estate, but the sheer quality and brightness of the panel make up for it. Ultimately, this feels like the version where foldables finally became practical for everyone. It is a stunning, durable shape-shifter that makes my daily routine feel genuinely futuristic.

Just awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a fold 4 to the fold 8. The new form shape and size is such an improvement. It fits so much more naturally. I use it for absolutely everything. Watching movies , playing games, keeping track of our families schedule and appointments, and work stuff. Though I think I've only scratched the surface of what it's actually capable of.

Great upgrade ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the new passport-style design of the Z Fold 8! I upgraded from z fold 6 and the experience is amazing. The wider 5.5-inch cover screen makes typing and everyday use so much easier compared to the older. When unfolded, the massive 7.6-inch inner display is stunning and perfectly proportioned for scrolling, watching videos, or multitasking. It's incredibly thin and light in the hand, and the battery life easily gets me through the day. Easily the best foldable Samsung has made!

literally the best phone I've had to date

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I said, it's literally the best phone I have purchased from Samsung yet. I chose this one because I liked the multi-task. I stream videos all the time in the background for noise. You can literally open this thing up and almost have a mini TV in your phone. But beyond that, the multitasking is the best reason I chose this phone I can have that almost a full size screen. I'll scroll my emails on the other side. Or whatever it is, I may be doing. All I know is I have no regrets. This is the first fold series phone. I've had, but i've had many many. Samsungs, including the flip, this one, hit the nail on the head

Excellent Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 primarily because of it's form factor. The device is light and easy to hold with one hand. Opening the phone reveals the larger screen which has a beautiful display. I switched from a phone that I used a different operating system with less features and the customization options on the Fold 8 are fantastic. I am very pleased with this phone.

Best Galaxy Yet!

The reason I chose a star rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Chose the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 its an amazing phone that changes the game for folding devices. It is super light and feels great in your hand, so it doesn't feel bulky or heavy in your pocket like older models used to. The outside screen is wider now, which makes it very easy to text and scroll through apps when it is closed. When you open it up, you get a huge, beautiful screen that looks like a mini-tablet. This big screen is perfect for watching videos, reading, or running two apps side by side.
