Loving My Zfold
on August 8, 2026
Posted by: Original
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a user of the Z Fold series since the Z Fold 2, I must express that it is always exciting to anticipate what new features will be introduced each year. This year, I am particularly pleased with the decision I chose to acquire the Z Fold 8 Ultra. In my profession within the labor industry, this device consistently proves to be incredibly helpful, whether for capturing photos and videos, taking notes, or researching information on various websites. This phone truly offers a comprehensive range of functionalities.

Very pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in the industry and have got decades. I have been very skeptical of folding devices in the past. I finally decided to give one a shot and through the first few days I can not be more pleased with my decision. It's fast, easy to get used to in your hand and no heavier than my S25 Ultra was. Split screen with apps is seamless and the crease is not at all noticeable which I was afraid would be my biggest issue. Overall I'm very happy that I chose to finally take the leap and give this device a shot. I don't think I can ever go back.

My first folding phone
on August 8, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, because they they finally put the premium cameras in it. I think the displays are great. The cameras perform well. I don't like the Samsung Wallet shortcut on the home screen and coming from a Pixel phone I don't enjoy the rocking on a flat surface, tho. For now, I chose the Ultra, we'll see if I want to change at a later date.

Still loving foldables with the 8 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 because I had the 6 and fell in love with the form factor. Going to the next version with the Ultra features makes it worth it besides the great trade in offers from Samsung. You won't regret going foldable! Just check my pic I snapped!

Love the Fold 8 Ultra, But "Ultra" Should Mean Ult
on August 8, 2026
Posted by: Anonymous
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra overall. The battery life is phenomenal and is definitely a great upgrade from my previous Galaxy Z Fold 7. Being able to power through a heavy day of use on a foldable without constantly looking for a charger is fantastic.
However, there are two areas where this phone left me a bit disappointed. First, I fully expected the Fold 8 Ultra to include the built-in privacy screen feature that comes on the S26 Ultra, but it doesn't. For a premium device focused on productivity, that feels like a missed opportunity.
My biggest issue is the camera system. After upgrading from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 Ultra, I realized the cameras are exactly the same as last year's model. If Samsung is going to give a device the "Ultra" name, it really should have Ultra specs on all fronts, including the camera.
Overall, it’s a beautiful device with stellar battery performance, but the recycled cameras and missing privacy screen keep it from being a truly flawless "Ultra" experience.

A Samsung Journey That Keeps Getting Better
on August 8, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra because my journey with Samsung goes back a long way. I have been using Samsung phones since the Galaxy S2, and over the years I have watched the brand evolve from one generation to the next. I was also one of the early users of the original Galaxy Watch, and I have continued to use Samsung devices because I genuinely enjoy seeing how the technology keeps improving.
What makes the Fold8 Ultra especially exciting for me is that it feels like another major step in that journey. I have always liked trying new Samsung technology, and the Fold series represents the kind of innovation that makes me excited about what comes next.
I use my Samsung devices for almost everything—work, communication, reading, entertainment, taking pictures, and staying connected throughout the day. The Fold8 Ultra gives me the flexibility of a phone while also giving me that larger screen when I need to read documents, multitask, watch videos, or get more work done.
Having been with Samsung for so many years, I don't just look at this as buying another phone. It feels like being part of a technology journey that I started with the Galaxy S2 and have continued through the Galaxy Watch and now the Fold series.
I'm genuinely excited to see what Samsung does next. If the progress from the S2 to today's foldables is any indication, I can only imagine what the next few years will bring. I chose Samsung then, I continue to choose Samsung now, and I'm excited to see where this j
