Blazing fast, insane photo quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I have had two other zfolds, the 3 and the 5. I fell in love at first sight! I chose to continue my Galaxy Zfold journey with the upgraded Zfold 8 Ultra! OMG this thing is Blazing fast, has insane photo quality, the AI features are great. I mean just the photo AI alone is leagues ahead of other phones. Also, the size and weight are perfect, major weight drop from the fold 5 (my last phone). Display quality amazing! I am sure there are many more features I haven't discovered yet I've only had it 2 days, but I am already impressed. The data transfer alone was so easy and fast. I can keep going but I haven't had enough time to try everything yet. Very happy Samsung fan here.

Modest Improvement

It seems that the screen and cameras are slightly better but otherwise there's no huge upgrade or difference. The build does seem to be better and the crease, which wasn't really noticeable in the previous model, has totally disappeared at the fold.

Maximum Flexibility, Minimal Compromise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 8 Ultra is the first foldable phone I've purchased, and I am in love. Suddenly, I no longer feel limited by the size of my phone screen, whether I'm consuming content, working, or managing other affairs. The device is extremely light and impressively thin, yet doesn't feel too fragile. Cameras are solid. I was concerned that the squarish aspect ratio of the inner screen would cause certain apps to behave inconsistently, but fortunately, it is easy to run apps in different aspect ratios rather than taking up the whole screen, a great boon when gaming, for example (though I'd recommend setting a black wallpaper for this situation bia Good Lock). This aspect ratio makes split screen a breeze, and I find using apps in split screen on this device more natural than on any other portable device I have used. I chose the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra because I wanted a device that has the flexibility to do whatever I might want, and it has thoroughly met my high expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont know if anyone will read my review but hear me out....im not a YouTube tech Influencer, im a nobody. Just a regular old guy that loves his Samsung electronics.. I bought the zf8 ultra 1tb to replace my zf6 1tb model, i decided to skip the 7 due to financial reasons but decided to make the upgrade this year to treat myself for once and because my battery suffered from some sort of freak heat incident from being inside of a hot car for too long, well I have switched all my stuff over (19 hours later) 😅 which is why I spring for the 1tb model. I love the feel of the zf8 ultra. I'm loving the extra real state in the front screen and how sleek it looks and feels. I decided to go with the violet 💜 color and I do not regret it one bit. It looks beautiful under the sunlight and have gotten complements from people who haven't seen the device out in the wild. Now to the rest of the phone camera was well overdue and im loving how good the pictures look 👌! Nice and clear.
Inner screen also is amazingly beautiful, videos and media look so good! In my unbiased opinion because I have been very harsh on samsung for making slow moves with their tech lately. This was a good step forward 👏, phone is solid, battery life seems good for 2nd day of use hasn't been charged since I received it and it's sitting at 35%. I highly recommend this phone !

The difference between modern and the past

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been rocking the z fold 4 since launch and was already amazed at how far technology has come. 4 years later, I chose to upgrade to the z fold 8 ultra instead of the wide to keep the same form factor and to think of it as just a spec upgrade. My god was I wrong. The phone has gone so thin that when folded it is the same thickness as a single screen of the fold 4.
I chose the fold specifically for multitasking purposes for work on top of all the gaming, video surfing, and reading manhwas.
Been using the AI feature such as the generative image using photos just taken from camera ever since getting the phone and it hasn't stopped being the talk in the group.
Best phone I have ever used as of yet.

Z FOLD 8 ultra, A very worthwhile upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 user, and the very first thing I noticed when I started using the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra was the crease. Wow, the crease is almost invisible, and the difference compared to the Fold 7 is immediately noticeable.
I often use my phone to read books and watch videos. On the Fold 7, reflections and the crease could sometimes be distracting, especially when using it outdoors. After using the Fold 8 Ultra for a few days, I can honestly say I absolutely love it.
The camera is also a huge upgrade. The image quality has improved significantly, and there are many new features that weren't available on the Fold 7.
The hinge feels completely different as well. The crease is barely noticeable, the hinge feels incredibly solid, and opening the phone is much smoother and more satisfying.
What I love most is how thin and lightweight the phone is despite being a foldable. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is the best and most comfortable foldable phone I've ever used.
My only wish is that Samsung would increase the cover display to 6.9 inches, similar to a regular flagship smartphone. I think that would make the Galaxy Z Fold series absolutely perfect.
