A star for Color and speed of shipping. Nothing Else good

I am not sure how this phone case has so many positive reviews. The plastic feels cheap, the raised lip on the face of the phone is unpleasant when using it, it is slippery to hold, and does not work with my magsafe charger. I think the raised logo on the back is too high and it is pushed off the charging platform. I am attempting to return it, but the company will not return my emails.

Been looking for a beautiful simple burgundy case for sometime with excellent protection, nice feel in hand and this is it. I still have my VC leopard tort case matching set that I love and didn’t want to take off prior to this. But I had to when I saw this beauty! VC never disappoints.
