Half silicone. Strong magsafe.

The bottom piece feels like silicone, while the top is more hard shell, which is really disappointing since I really like the silicone feel. The ring is also really uncomfortable. I had to cut it off. The magsafe is the only other plus here, since majority of cases for the flips are not strong. Not worth the price, probably worth half the price at best. Good thing it was free with the phone to be honest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NO Glass or Plastic Screen Protection!

Unlike prior model Z Flip cases which had a proective clear plastic covering over to protect the phone screens, the Flip 8 cover is completely open like a window offering zero screen protection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
