The extended battery life was a primary consideration. Furthermore, the upgrade from IP68 to IP69K, coupled with advanced health monitoring capabilities such as stress, sleep heart rate, blood pressure, ECG, vital signs, and sleep apnea detection, along with a wide array of fitness and gym tracking options, significantly influenced my decision. The device's LTE connectivity allows for independent operation without a paired smartphone, enabling a mobile plan setup. The display offers a larger viewing area and exceptional brightness, reaching 5000 nits, and incorporates an always-on display feature. The redesigned watch boasts a slimmer and less cumbersome profile. The substantial increase in battery capacity, from 560mAh to 800mAh, eliminates the need for daily charging. Additionally, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 features accelerated charging, achieving approximately 90% charge from depletion in about 90 minutes. The integration of the new Snapdragon Wear Elite processor ensures a more fluid and responsive user experience. Near Perfect - Watch Ultra 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Chose the Galaxy watch ultra 2 because Samsung advertised a bigger battery with longer life. I've owned all model of galaxy watches since the watch 3, (with the exception of the 4) but never the "ultra." Now I got the opportunity to use one that boasts new hardware upgrades. I use the watch for both personal and business and so far it fits the bill. One of the only drawbacks, (minor as it is) is the charging speed. Using the fast charger puck only charges fast if using my 45 watt block. It is much like phones, still minor nonetheless. But everything else is pretty awesome! Watch lasted about 3 days on single full charge. Not bad. 👍

Ultra 2 Worth the Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the original Watch Ultra to the Ultra2. loving it. I immediately noticed how much more comfortable it feels. It just sits in my wrist better. The screen seems crisper and is definitely brighter. And the bigger battery + efficient processor are a game changer for me on battery life. i'm finishing my day with heavier than normal use at 75%. my old watch would be 30%.
I chose the silver watch with the olive green marine band. looks very nice.
