[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Ultra 2 Having access to Gemini on the wrist is one of the most useful features of the Ultra 2. Blood pressure measuring option is very helpful. Samsung health app and trail running guidance are amazing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch uktra 2 builds on the original. Things such sleep tracking exercise detection and sensors in general are definitely improved. And rhe best improvement IMO is the battery life. Rhe watch ultra 2 gives me an extra day over the original. Overall very happy.
Its all false marketing as a usable fitness watch for running and endurance athletes. It doesnt sync to strava and the Samsung Health app is by far the worst in class. This was the biggest waste of money I could possibly make. Going back to using my Amazfit as I suggest anyone else also get a Garmin, Amazfit or Coros. Dont get this headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Salutations PatA, Thank you for sharing your candor with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra2. We appreciate your sentiments as we continue to innovate and make improvements on our product line to align with the needs of our customer base. The Galaxy Watch Ultra2 includes advanced running features like a dedicated Trail Run mode with real-time elevation and path guidance, a 5,000-nit peak brightness display for sunny outdoor visibility, a Running Coach personalized training builder, and continuous Nutrition/Hydration alerts. It sounds like you may need to adjust your settings in regard to your Strava app. Here's a few tips to help resolve what you've described: * Open Samsung Health on your phone, tap the menu/settings, scroll to Services, and confirm Strava is connected. If it is connected, toggle it off and back on to re-establish the authorization token. * Go to your phone's system Settings > Apps > Strava and verify that physical activity and precise location permissions are fully granted. * Ensure you are using an Android phone, as automatic syncing between Samsung Health and Strava is currently unavailable for iOS devices. * Open the Google Play Store directly on your Galaxy Watch Ultra2 to check for any pending updates for the Strava app. * If you rely on auto-detected runs, go to your watch Settings > Health > Auto runs, select running, and ensure location tracking is toggled to precise. * Keep your phone and watch in close Bluetooth range after finishing a workout so the background sync handshake can complete successfully. Feel free to check out the resources shared below. If you would like any further assistance afterward, do not hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a cherished Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Ultra series of Glaxy watches because of their excellent construction. I am not the most careful person and the watch is not abused but ruggedly use daily. I chose the new Ultra 2 forthe enhance battery capability. I now where the watch several days in between charges. I also like the increased face size. All in all Ultra is the best smart watch for me. It won't let me down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the ultra watch 2 because I thought the first one was great. This one runs smoother and the battery lasts longer. It's great for keeping track of my sleep and workouts. Love this watch and would highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this watch because I had first Galaxy ultra and was happy with it. This watch looks great, feels great on my wrist and the battery life has been great. So far very happy with the switch.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this watch specifically because I diver in pools. So far no issues and works great. Love the size and the feel of sturdiness of the watch.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is so responsive, I don't have to worry about charging because of the extended battery life. I don't have to worry about things being accurate because the accuracy that the Watch Ultra II provides is almost exactly spot on to what I need.
With the amount of storage I get, I can also upgrade my look to anything I need, from sporty to classic.
