[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded from the original Galaxy Ultra Watch and I'm super excited to see the Ultra Watch 2 in action. I chose this model because of all the cool upgrades it comes with. I totally love my old Galaxy Watch Ultra, so I know I'll be happy with this new one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy watch ultra 2 because I was nothing but impressed with the original Galaxy watch ultra. I definitely appreciate the sharper screen the bigger battery as well as the faster processor all of these things will help me on my fitness journey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy Watch Ultra to the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, and while it isn't a complete redesign, the improvements have made it a worthwhile upgrade for me. The first thing I noticed was how much smoother and more refined the overall experience feels. Navigating through menus, launching apps, and switching between tasks feels quicker and more responsive, making the watch more enjoyable to use throughout the day.
Battery life has also improved. My original Ultra easily lasted a couple of days, but the Ultra 2 consistently gives me even more runtime with the same usage. I track workouts, receive notifications, monitor my sleep, and keep the always-on display enabled, yet I find myself charging less often. That extra endurance makes a noticeable difference, especially on weekends or when traveling.
The watch also feels more polished overall. Performance is more consistent, animations are smoother, and everything from health tracking to GPS performance seems more reliable. It still has the rugged design and premium build that made the original Ultra great, but the refinements make it feel like a more complete product.
If you're happy with the original Galaxy Watch Ultra, you don't absolutely need to upgrade. However, if you value smoother performance, longer battery life, and a more refined everyday experience, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is an excellent upgrade that has exceeded my expectations.
