Big and feels powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device because I needed something with better battery than past models, and this definitely has that. This will be my fitness and mostly casual watch to swap for one or two other watches when getting fancy. Also the newer peakform band is basically the Hybrid band but still sporty with a little more silicone and less flashy buckles. Easily the most comfortable and nicest looking band Samsung makes. Doesn't look like im wearing leather at the gym, but its close enough to it when wearing with a normal non-gym outfit.

A Lighter, Brighter, and More Comfortable Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the first Galaxy Watch Ultra, and this version feels noticeably lighter and more comfortable during workouts and while sleeping. I chose this watch because I wanted the same rugged design with better everyday comfort. I love checking my sleep score each morning, and the much brighter display is a major improvement, especially outdoors. The battery life is also so much better, so I do not have to worry about charging it as often. Overall, it feels like a worthwhile upgrade that is comfortable, reliable, and easy to wear all day and night. Just love it!

Galaxy Ultra 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the original Galaxy Watch Ultra to the Ultra 2 and can say it's a solid upgrade, not just a refresh.
I chose the Ultra originally because I wanted a rugged watch that could actually handle hiking, gym, and work without babying it, and I chose the Ultra 2 for the same reason - but refined.
*What’s Better on the Ultra 2:*
*1. Design & Comfort:* It’s still big and rugged, but noticeably lighter and thinner than the original. The original Ultra dug into my wrist at night. The Ultra 2 I can actually sleep in. The new titanium finish also doesn’t scratch as easily.
*2. Display:* Way brighter outdoors. The original was good, but the Ultra 2 is readable in direct sunlight with sunglasses on. No contest.
*3. Battery Life:* This is the biggest reason I upgraded. My original Ultra got me about 1.5 - 2 days max with always-on display. The Ultra 2 is giving me a consistent 3 full days with the same settings, workouts, and sleep tracking.
*4. Performance:* Faster. No lag switching tiles, GPS locks in about 3 seconds vs 10-15 seconds on the original, and the new BioActive sensor seems more accurate for heart rate during runs.

Great upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the original version for a couple of reasons namely better battery, thinner watch (I get it caught on things periodically), brighter display so easier to see in the sun, and more memory. I hadn't run out of space but was concerned so the added memory puts me more at ease. Migration from the original watch was simple and configuration stayed the way I wanted it so no tinkering after migrating. So far so good!

I am looking forward to the new features, which I will use while running and just living! I upgraded from the 2025 version, which I upgraded from the 2024! Never let me down!
