[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the original Galaxy Watch Ultra (2024), I chose to upgrade to the new Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. Initial reaction is I'm loving the new watch overall! Along with all the new added features, I like the overall appearance even more than the original. It may seem like a small thing, but I really like the addition of numbers to the bezel as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung health features and I love the ability to track all kinds of health metrics. Samsung does it in a useful way, however I would say that calorie tracking and GPS map use are seriously lacking on this watch. Calorie tracking assumes some insane number of calories for me which is completely wrong. But but mainly the main feature that this watch is missing is truly the ability to use maps offline and or online with minimal battery usage close to what a Garmin does. This watch is heavily marketed towards outside use, but there's no real mapping or functionality available for offline outdoor usage! Add hiking mapping and native ability to Samsung health on the phone to create GPX files, and accurate calorie tracking with adjustments based on weight from actual scales to measure true expenditure instead of guessing. Then this watch will pretty much be everything anyone could ask for.
